As an archivist, you may run into situations where an individual or family is interested in donating their home movies to your archive posthumously, but it can be difficult to put a mechanism in place that will effect the transfer of the material to your archive. Founding CHM member Snowden Becker has drawn up a document that will address just that problem, in the form of this “Living Will” designed specifically for home movie collections. The document is offered here for free use and dissemination, and may be edited to suit the particular needs of each user.
